The process

For us to provide an accurate quotation, for kitchen assembly and installation, we require all elevations drawings, full list of all items to be assembled and a picture of the site. Sometime a site inspection might be needed to inspect state of floors and walls. We can remove old kitchens and replace with new ones, or simply start from scratch.

Before Installation

If we are removing existing cabinets, all cabinets are to be cleared of household materials prior to the arrival of installers.
If plumbing and electrical needs to be carried out, i.e.: taps , gas and power points needs to be relocated, this is the time to have it organized.

Also, if replacing the flooring , this should be done prior to the new kitchen been installed
Installers often have to do custom cutting on site and need to be provided space for doing this work.
Your kitchen will arrive in flat boxes.
All pieces should be verified by the client following delivery.
All appliances are to be on site for the installation.
The boxes need to be in or adjacent to the kitchen on the same floor prior to the arrival of our team.
We will not carry or move boxes and/or any appliances from the garage or basement to the kitchen on a different floor.
We will protect your floors to the best of our ability. During Installation

During Installation

The client should be present at the start of the installation to admit installers to the site, ask any questions they wish, provide any needed information to the installers.
The client will need to be present again at the end of installation to go over the work.

Additional Notes

The costing provided to you prior to installation will cover the works outlined in the quote. Should you wish to make alterations later, such as swapping out cabinets, adding or removing draws, or if custom work is required, there may be additional costs.
